DEEP IMPACT was my first introduction.

The first time I laid eyes on this seedling I was in shock; I thought it was a fake flower.' The name Deep Impact is both for the "explosion -like " look and for the impressive immediately impact, everytime, leave to everyone look this one.

DEEP IMPACT is a dipoid that could show several looks on the same season. First flowers usually are rich in yellow-gold on petals and the throat, of the same color, is very large with several intrusion on the marron eye. When season progress the eye became more larger and some days cover a lot of surface of the petals. Sometimes then the thorat reduce its surface to a wire surface. During all the flower season the forms could looks really different passing from more rounder forms to opening flats, almost recurved triangular forms, and so on. Looks at the pictures to wiew some examples of different seasonal looks. Anyway whatever looks it shows it always special and make a DEEP IMPACT.

It have not a great branching and its bud count is not high but, if well fertilized and watered it is a very good reblooming during all the season, here. It is avery good grower and increaser too.

Fertile both ways. You can see two interesting kids on "related products".
