ANDALUSIAN MEMORIES take the name from its colors, its design and its geometries that I associate with the Spanish region of Andalusia.
It derives from a wonderful cross that I repeated for several years, after the results of the first years, with the aim of obtaining hundreds of seeds and potential variants. In fact this is the third introduction from this cross, after Phoenican Secrects and Dream in a Moonlight Night and others will probably follow, because many siblings under evaluation seems to be good to registration.
This cultivar has a splendid yellow-orange color with a burnt orange eye and a golden yellow applique throat. The shape is rounded and the whole is assorted in a very harmonious way. As a parent it is simply amazing, especially if you want to obtain flowers with applique throats different and unusual colors. Many selected seedlings from Andalusian Memories surely will become future intros!
